The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of healthy options. The kitchen staff were polite and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, not far from the central train station. The sauna in the basement was clean and well-maintained.

We felt so welcome that there was no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic skiing holiday in a centrally located hotel, just a short walk from shops, bars, and restaurants. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a unique feature of a pane looking into the room. The staff were friendly and generous, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the panoramic views from the rooftop bar.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, as it was located a short distance away from the hotel.

The breakfast was standard European ski resort buffet style, clean and tidy room, modern decor, great location, friendly staff, spacious and comfy room.

The rooftop bar at Heitzmann Hotel was absolutely stunning! The views were breathtaking, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel decor was also very cool and gave me some inspiration for my own home. The staff were attentive and took great care of us throughout our stay. The food in the restaurant was excellent, beautifully presented and always fresh. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to free bus stops and the gondola. I had a fantastic experience at Heitzmann Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Lovely weekend by Lake Zell! Freshly made omelettes and fruits always available at breakfast, plus great views of the mountains and a convenient location close to town and the beautiful lake. the hotel's modern décor and cosy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Bonus: the friendly staff made our stay even better.

The noise from the nearby main road, which kept us up at night. We would have appreciated soundproof windows or a quieter room location.

The dinner options were excellent, with a variety of delicious choices available, even for children. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were fantastic, always attentive to my requests and needs. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.
