The room at Residence Inn Charlotte City Center was so comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious seating area and a desk for my work. The bed was cozy, and the free WiFi was great for staying connected.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too chilly at times.

I always return for my city breaks. the helpful staff printed important docs on my first visit. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, fitness center, and a 24-hour reception make it so convenient. Plus, the bar/lounge area adds a nice touch to my stay.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel with an exceptionally comfortable bed that provided me with the best sleep. the room was clean, quiet, and spacious, offering an incredible city view from the 20th floor. the kitchen amenities exceeded my expectations with a full-size fridge and dishwasher, making my stay even more comfortable. The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is right across the street from the bus station that connects directly to the airport. The studio apartment is beautiful with a great view of the city center. The room is well equipped, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.
