Great location - between the train station and the old town with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable room with a good shower and TV with lots of channels. Helpful and friendly staff who provided maps and directions to explore the city.

Staying here was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is within walking distance to the city center and public transportation stations. I loved the room amenities, including the cozy bed and tea-making facilities. The hotel staff was quite helpful and friendly, and the floor-to-ceiling window provided a stunning view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with numerous choices, and the wifi connection worked flawlessly.

This place comes highly recommended if you plan to stay in this area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with comfortable rooms and a lovely buffet breakfast. We were impressed with the great location, as it was just a short walk from the main area of the city. The British host at the front desk was also very helpful in organizing our tours, making our stay even more convenient.

The free water bottles and chocolates were a nice touch and the nearby bus stop made getting around easy. The view from the hotel room was also pleasant.

The room was not very clean and the towels were old and rough. The front desk staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and the breakfast was mediocre at best.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Salzburg and had a great experience. The Holiday Inn was clean and had a modern design. I especially enjoyed the fact that the window blinds could be controlled by switches, adding a nice touch to the room. The comfortable bed and bathtub made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, Mr. Praki, who worked at the bar, was friendly and provided helpful advice on places to visit.

I was a bit worried about the receptionist after reading the reviews, but my experience was completely different. The receptionist I encountered was polite and helpful. The room and facilities were all in good condition. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The staff, especially Michaela at the front desk and Florian in the bar/restaurant, were high energy, personable. The hotel's location was perfect - it was close enough to walk from the train station and to the city centre. Additionally, there were bakeries and supermarkets conveniently located near the hotel.
