We had a great stay in a peaceful location, away from the busy city center. The villa was surrounded by nature, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the rice fields. The staff was warm and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast selection was good, offering a variety of options. We also enjoyed the convenience of the complimentary shuttle service to explore nearby attractions.

There were some communication issues with the staff, which made it difficult to address any problems that arose during our stay.

Despite the few drawbacks, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with renting a bike and organizing trips. the cleanliness and tidiness of the villa were impressive, with beds made every morning. the beds were also extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and unforgettable stay.

Lounge and sun deck chairs were not very comfortable, and there was a lack of a writing desk and chair in the villa. It would have been nice to have a more cozy and comfortable seating area to relax and watch television.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Kayu Lama. The property is stunning, with breathtaking nature surrounding it. The staff made us feel comfortable and looked after us every single day. The amenities were great, and we were provided with lots of toiletries. The villa itself was well-maintained, clean, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet at night but still accessible. The breakfasts were amazing, with a variety of choices, and we loved the in-room breakfast experience. We also enjoyed the swimming pool with a view of the rice fields.
