We recently spent our Thanksgiving at a hotel in a lively and convenient neighborhood. the staff was extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised with the fully adapted bathroom for people with mobility problems, and the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the city.

Our only issue was the thin walls, which made it difficult to sleep as we could hear our neighbors' conversations. we struggled with the lack of outlets near the bed, which made charging our devices inconvenient.

The hotel had a spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed and a nicely designed bathroom with a bidet. They also offered a special price for coffee and pastries at their cafe. The location was safe and although it was more of a local area, it was still within a 20-minute walk to the Prado. Additionally, the staff at the night desk were super friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service with a big smile.

With the morning desk staff, who seemed too busy to be of much help. Despite their initial claims of the computer working, it took them 15 minutes to realize it wasn't functioning properly.

The hotel room was really nice and comfortable, with a touch of retro-modern design. the staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. the location was a major plus, being very close to the subway entrance and easily accessible to public transport. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. There were noticeable issues with hairs in the bathroom, bed, and even on the floor.

the location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from a major train station and right next to a metro station. It made it easy to explore the city and even walk back to the hotel, as it was downhill. the highlight of the hotel was definitely the terraces at the top of the building, providing breathtaking views. Another great feature was the library on the top floor, a comfortable place to relax. the room itself was of standard quality, but what impressed me the most was the en-suite bathroom with a bath. I would rate the hotel highly for its convenient location, stunning terraces, and comfortable amenities.
