During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious rooms with their balconies and well-decorated furnishings. the beds were comfortable and I slept well. the hotel offered free WiFi, which had the best reception in the bar area and downstairs, but was still pretty good in my room. I liked that I could still watch Internet TV, even though there was some buffering. And you know what? the best WiFi reception was actually in the toilet! How cool is that? the hotel had a unique spa area with a natural, unheated pool outside, as well as saunas, a jacuzzi, and a relaxation area. It was a great place to unwind after a day of skiing or walking.

The WiFi access was not totally reliable, and I had to use a personal password, which was a bit inconvenient. while the hotel's location was great for skiing in the Hintertux glacier and had plenty of walking trails, it was a bit far from other attractions and amenities.

The room amenities were top-notch, from the spacious sitting area to the well-stocked mini-bar. And let's not forget the incredible spa facilities, which included a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and more. It was the ultimate relaxation experience.
