The room layout was not what we had confirmed, with 2 double beds instead of the requested 1 king and 2 queens. , there were cobwebs and leaves in the corners of the stairs leading to our room, which was a bit disappointing.

Friendly staff answered our questions and provided quick service with extra towels and pillows. The spa was a hit, with my daughter recommending it to other guests. The pool area was open late, and the hot tub was a relaxing spot at night. Edgar at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure a ground floor room. The resort's location near shops and restaurants was convenient. The beautiful grounds had great facilities and a creek for meditation.

Additionally, the grounds of the hotel were well, maintained and provided a peaceful and private atmosphere.

The staff at the front desk and spa were extremely friendly and professional. The fitness classes were top-notch, especially Nancy who made working out tough but fun. The location was perfect, with lots to do within walking distance.

The A/C worked great and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The living area and kitchen were spacious and convenient. The free wi-fi was a nice bonus, although it could have been more secure. We had no trouble finding parking during our weekday stay and the pool area was fantastic. Los Abrigados Resort And Spa was a great choice for families, with plenty to do on the property and within walking distance to some restaurants. Additionally, the employees were very friendly and helpful.
