The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, always responding quickly and with a smile. The location was convenient and easily accessible to various areas. There were no issues with water leakage in the shower, a rare find. the positive experience with the staff, location, and amenities make me inclined to visit again.

As a budget traveler, I loved the affordable rates of this well-known hotel. The staff was accommodating, and Mr. Omar, the night supervisor, was not only friendly but also knowledgeable about local traditions. The hotel had a great location with a view of the sea and major expressway. The breakfast spread was well-stocked, and I enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. Additionally, two malls within walking distance made it convenient for shopping.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is unbeatable as it is situated in the business district near to the main highway. We were within walking distance of two malls and a hypermarket which was very convenient. The room service, car hire and laundry services were of high quality and we were satisfied with the amenities in the room provided such as air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The staff here were outstanding and very accommodating to our requests, especially the receptionist who tried their best to make our stay comfortable with prompt services. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the sauna, outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge.

During our new year stay, we enjoyed the complementary breakfast and shuttle service to nearby attractions. the hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to shopping and dining options. Plus, the room had a beautiful view of the city skyline!

The rooftop bar lacked enough seating and could use some renovations. the decor and furnishings in the rooms could be updated and modernized.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing complimentary tea and snacks while we waited for our room to be ready after an early morning arrival. The room was spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view. Great breakfast buffet and lovely rooftop pool and bar. we highly recommend this hotel.
