The rooms were clean and had a nice view. We also appreciated the complimentary city map and the helpfulness of most of the staff. The location was really convenient, with a tram station and train station nearby for easy access to the city.

The elevators malfunctioned on one occasion and the guest computer was not very user-friendly. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the negatives made our stay less enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Vienna for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect, right next to Mariahilfer Strasse and close to the subway station. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious, quiet, and clean with a comfortable bed and heating. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including a waffle machine. The Wi-Fi worked well, with a simple re-connection needed every 24 hours. Special thanks to Ms. Christine from the reception for her excellent service.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
