The rooms were clean and had a nice view. We also appreciated the complimentary city map and the helpfulness of most of the staff. the location was really convenient, with a tram station and train station nearby for easy access to the city.

The elevators malfunctioned on one occasion and the guest computer was not very user-friendly. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the negatives made our stay less enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a prime area, very near to the famous shopping street for tourists and shoppers. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a wide selection of food. the hotel was very close to restaurants and shopping, making it convenient for guests.

The hotel's location near the train station was a huge plus for us as adventure travelers. We were able to easily access multiple train lines and explore various interesting venues such as Schönbrunner Palace.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Vienna for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect, right next to Mariahilfer Strasse and close to the subway station. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious, quiet, and clean with a comfortable bed and heating. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including a waffle machine. The Wi-Fi worked well, with a simple re-connection needed every 24 hours. Special thanks to Ms. Christine from the reception for her excellent service.
