I got amazing value for my money at Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth. The room was well-appointed and the bathroom was huge. The location couldn't have been better, just a couple of minutes away from the State Opera House and the Kaisersbrundl sauna. The staff, all male and old Viennese school, were charming and provided excellent service.

The breakfast option could have been better with a coffee machine in the room.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The location was perfect for us as it was right in the center of the city and there were several subways nearby making it very easy to travel. The service was fantastic with room service, dry cleaning, laundry and tours/ticket assistance available. The room amenities were top notch, with an ironing board, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, TV. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly, providing us with everything we needed.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
