Spacious room with lots of storage and a unique working desk/vanity concept. Nicely stocked mini-bar and a bar with a popcorn machine.

Some rooms don't have bathtubs, only showers. Front desk service and manager were not satisfactory.

The hotel's location in the lovely neighborhood of Landstrasse, just next to Belvedere palace and close to the railway station, was perfect. Transportation was convenient with a tram stop and a main metro/train connection close by. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were impeccable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. The staff was amazing, always helpful, polite, and courteous.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location was excellent, right next to Belvedere Palace and close to the airport and city center. The breakfast offered a good selection of food. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any questions. They even provided free coffee in the morning, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the nearby SALM BRAU BRAUEREI and gaststatte restaurant was a great find, offering delicious food at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the gym and spa were available at no additional cost. The hotel is located close to many popular attractions which made it very convenient to explore the city. the rooms were very quiet which made for a restful experience.

Although I enjoyed my stay, I would have preferred more information on the hotel's services and amenities upon check-in. , the room design could have been better planned as certain areas lacked privacy.
