The 30th floor lounge has a nice atmosphere and a great spa with a fantastic shower. The views from the 12th floor room are amazing, and the room itself is very spacious with comfortable furniture. The bathroom is well-equipped, including a heated floor. The room also has an espresso machine, kettle, and tea making facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, although a bit pricey, is delicious.

We had a great stay at Swissotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The king size bed with plush pillows provided the perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was luxurious with a relaxing bath tub. The location was ideal, within walking distance of shopping centers and the old town. The view from our high floor room was breathtaking. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. We enjoyed the spa facilities, despite it being small. we had a positive experience at Swissotel.

I also received complimentary hot cocoa on the chilly mornings. the hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city. I enjoyed using the fitness center, it was well-equipped and kept open all day.

Although the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, the signal was weak in the room and would often disconnect. the elevators were slow, taking a long time to arrive and move between floors.

The room had fantastic views and was very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the spa facilities were great. I enjoyed a nice massage during my stay. The breakfast was good, and I loved that they served excellent tea at the table.

The hygiene in the sauna, Turkish bath, and pool area was not up to par. Some guests didn't use towels and sweat directly on the wood.

We had a fantastic stay at Swissotel! the hotel is very new, clean, and modern. Our room on the upper floor had a stylish bathroom with a big bathtub. the view of the city from our room was absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed the convenience of the underground parking for a reasonable price. the staff at the reception was incredibly helpful and welcoming. the highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing SPA facilities, which even attracted clients from nearby hotels. Violeta, who welcomed us, made sure we had a room with a stunning view. the comfortable bed and spacious, clean bathroom added to our enjoyable experience. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring Tallinn, with easy access to the airport, ferry port, and the Old Town.
