We had a wonderful family stay at a grand hotel with a beautiful facade. The location was perfect for attending a conference and exploring key historic sights. The room was comfortable and the bathroom well stocked. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options. Don't forget to visit Cafe El for a delightful experience. The hotel had impressive facilities and offered great advantages.

One negative aspect was the poor housekeeping service and the unpleasant odor in one of the rooms.

I recently stayed at the Kempinski in Vienna for a conference and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of key historic sights. The staff were fantastic, always professional and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day. One of my favorite features was the foyer coffee area with pianists, which provided a wonderful atmosphere for reflection and small meetings. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. After a long day of sightseeing, it was perfect to have an apero in the nearby area. Additionally, the hotel was close to a variety of restaurants, allowing us to easily explore the culinary delights of the city.

The quality of the pillows in the room was subpar, leading to a less than comfortable night's sleep.

Gorgeous breakfast restaurant - light and airy, with large selection. Spectacular room decor and spaciousness. Excellent service from concierge desk. Superb location. High cost, but worth it for a splurge.

The service at Kempinski was exceptional, especially during dinner at the "Küche". The first time I visited, the service was a bit poor, but when I returned, it was excellent. The staff took my feedback seriously and even offered a small discount on my bill. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was commendable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service.

The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet still in the city center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff, from the bell service to the restaurant, provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options and was served with a touch of luxury.

Amazing stay for a romantic escape! the complimentary champagne and chocolate upon arrival were a sweet touch. the spacious room was beautifully designed with an incredible view of the city. the location was great, walking distance to several charming cafes and shops. the spa services were impressive -- we treated ourselves to a couples' massage which was outstanding!

The breakfast was overpriced and mediocre, but luckily there were plenty of other options nearby. the room service was slow and a little unorganized, but the friendly staff made up for it.

My husband and I chose Kempinski for a special celebration and we were not disappointed. The hotel was beautifully arranged and impeccably clean. The dining room service and reception staff were polite and accommodating. Breakfast, though not extensive, was enjoyable with a coffeehouse atmosphere.

I was in awe of the gorgeous interior design of my Grand Deluxe Room #369, and the view of the Ringstraße Boulevard from the third floor was simply splendid. The electronically adjustable control buttons for the bath-tub and shower added to the cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a special occasion like St. Valentine's Day. The staff at check-in and the concierge were extremely helpful, and the breakfast at the lobby restaurant was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel's location was also ideal for exploring the city on foot. I fell in love with this hotel and it will definitely be my go-to choice whenever I'm in Vienna.
