We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bed and a huge bathroom. We loved the glass door shower and separate tub. The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed the drinks and food by the poolside. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also appreciated the hydration stations around the hotel and the thoughtful amenities like the nice lobby and gift shop. The drinks by the fire pit in the Agave lounge were a highlight, and we would definitely stay here again.

I just stayed at this amazing hotel in Indian Wells and it was worth every penny! The room was spacious and beautifully arranged, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the pools were a great way to unwind after a long drive. The best part was how the staff went above and beyond to make our kids happy - they provided them with plenty of pillows and sheets to build a fort!

The only thing that could have been better was the menu for breakfast. The Chicquiles I ordered came out with cold corn tortilla chips and undercooked eggs.

As young families, we loved the amazing buffet and outstanding pool facilities at the hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and made our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious with a balcony, and we were lucky to be upgraded to a pool view room upon check-in. We also appreciated the option to check out late at 12 noon.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency and had a fantastic time. The hotel was incredibly family-friendly with multiple kid-friendly pools, including a baby pool and a water slide. My children, aged 10, 8, and 5, absolutely loved it. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very accommodating, especially when it came to our needs as a family with young children. The poolside food service was excellent, and I was thrilled to find a Starbucks on-site. our experience at the Hyatt Regency was delightful and I would highly recommend it.

What a great place! The views of the surroundings are breathtaking and the staff are super friendly. The amenities are amazing, there's something for everyone here, and the service is top-notch. They have a great restaurant and coffee shop with plenty of dining options. This place has one of the best leisure and wellness centres I've ever seen - the outdoor pool, jacuzzi and spa are amazing! Plus, there's a beautiful garden area and a beach with umbrellas for shade.

We had an amazing time at this resort! The water park was so much fun, with thrilling slides and a relaxing lazy river. The staff, from the front desk to the valet guys, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was spotless and the location was absolutely gorgeous. We especially enjoyed the pool area, where we could unwind and watch a movie. The staff at the pool were attentive and made our experience even better. we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning next year.

hyatt regency indian wells exceeded my expectations with their beautiful grounds, attentive staff, and relaxing pools. everything felt safe and peaceful, and the breakfast was delicious. we will definitely be returning for another wonderful stay.

Pool area not well maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency in Indian Wells. Our room was outstanding, with a huge and comfortable bed. The staff were genuine, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped and illuminated at night. The onsite amenities like the pools, tennis courts, and entertainment were convenient and enjoyable. After a long day exploring Joshua Tree National Park, this was easily the best hotel on our road trip through Utah, Arizona, and Santa Monica.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The pool area was great for families and couples. Service was on-point, and the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. Despite a minor issue with the AC, we had a lovely stay overall. I would recommend this hotel.

The resort is situated in a beautiful area surrounded by nature and a stunning golf course. Guests can enjoy the resort's many facilities, including the on-site restaurant Agave and the numerous pools. The rooms are spacious, with luxurious amenities and modern technology such as USB charge ports and motion/light sensors.

The value for money at Hyatt Regency was excellent, I got spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The location was great, and the staff treated us so well, especially the hardworking crew in the scorching heat!

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Indian Wells and were absolutely delighted with our experience. We upgraded to a beautiful villa that was spacious, luxurious, and had a private spa. The view overlooking the pond was stunning. The front desk staff were helpful and the bell service staff were extremely courteous. The grounds were perfect for leisurely walks, and every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Our ground floor room with a walkout to grass was ideal for our little dog. The mini fridge and coffee machine in the room were much appreciated. The hotel also had water slides, which were a fun addition to our stay.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were attentive, fast, friendly, and very helpful. The bell team especially stood out with their excellent service. Additionally, the hotel had a great restaurant next door, Vue Bar and Grille, where I enjoyed delicious food every night. The menu had a variety of options, but I highly recommend trying the peppered candied bacon wrapped gorgonzola stuffed dates as an appetizer and the chef's pork chop. The food was absolutely awesome!

One downside of this hotel was that it seemed to struggle with accommodating a large number of guests. The front desk and other services, like the valet parking and bell desk, appeared to be overwhelmed at times.
