As a family, we loved the friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent facilities. The location was great for skiing, with the skibus stopping right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of fresh dishes. The upgrade to a suite was a nice surprise and the view from our room was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes and made us feel at home. The spa area, complete with a steam room and sauna, was well-equipped and offered a relaxing experience with a beautiful mountain view. The roof terrace was a dream, especially during sunrise and sunset. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience in Innsbruck!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Innsbruck. The Tivoli Hotel was simply perfect in every way. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenience of having a bar on-site. The hotel is also in a great location, with downtown just a short walk away. Plus, the parking was easy to access, which was a huge plus. we felt like we got great value for our money.

As a one-night stopover on our way to France, Tivoli Hotel provided a superbly clean and friendly experience. The staff was nice and the price performance ratio was insane. The parking in the underground area, elevator access, and proximity to our hotel room were all convenient. The breakfast was tremendous with a variety of delicious options. The breakfast room had beautiful mountain views, and our spacious junior suite on the 10th floor offered spectacular mountain views to wake up to.

I recently stayed at the Tivoli Hotel for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the ice rink and on a bus line, making it easy to get around. The property was quiet and peaceful, with very few guests. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and the room was upgraded, providing a beautiful view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the spacious walk-in shower was a nice touch. The staff, especially the friendly bar staff, were helpful and accommodating.
