During our romantic escape, we loved the efficient and accommodating staff. They were always cheerful and ready to assist us with transport schedules and directions around town. the location was a key aspect of our stay, as it was just a stone's throw away from the main attractions. We also enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the delicious lunch and breakfast options that catered to our strict dietary needs. the staff, location, and amenities made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

There were a couple of things that could be improved upon. the room we were initially assigned was not up to par, as it had a disappointing view of a nearby building wall.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel near the shops and just a few steps away from the religious areas in Lourdes. The location was perfect as it allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area. The room and bathroom were small but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and there were plenty of options to choose from. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful river and the region.

I did experience some issues with the pricing and extra charges for additional guests.

Recently stayed at a hotel in Lourdes for Easter and had a fantastic experience. the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk away from the famous grotto and basilica, making it easy to visit these important attractions. the hotel also had complimentary wheelchairs available, which was a huge advantage for my elderly mother. Additionally, the room was well-maintained and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.

The only downside to the hotel was that our room had a view of the wall of the neighboring building, which was disappointing. Despite this, the overall experience was still very enjoyable and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

We had a great stay at a hotel close to the grotto. the location was perfect, just minutes away from the St Joseph gate and the Sanctuary of Lourdes. the staff at the check-in desk, particularly Ann-Marie, were friendly and efficient. Our family room was spacious and had a separate shower and bath, which was a bonus. the hotel's on-site restaurant, combined with Hotel Saint Saveur, made dining convenient. the hotel provided excellent customer service and was centrally located near the religious areas and shopping district. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the sanctuary entry and just minutes away from the Grotto-Shrine. It was so convenient and easy to reach. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Mary Ann and Camille at the reception area. They were very accommodating and warm, and provided exceptional service. The facilities were top-notch, with a spa & wellness center and a leisure/TV room. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and air conditioning. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, including 24-hour room service, laundry, and a business center. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to everyone.
