We had a great room with a spiral staircase and skylights. The breakfast, though pricey, was very good and you can order off the menu plus the buffet. We had a picnic on the rooftop. The staff was great, Alex in the bar was friendly. The property was extremely clean and staff friendly. Timo, check-in reception, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was very central. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The bed was very comfortable.

It was conveniently close to everything - the Christmas markets in the old town, the best attractions of the city, and even the train station. The room we stayed in was clean and modern, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from.

The noise from the street outside was slightly bothersome during the late evenings.
