The location was perfect, right in the town centre and within a short walking distance from the city center. The staff here were amazing, they were so welcoming and warm, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and well-lit with beautiful artwork on the walls. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

It is just a few steps away from the schloss and the clock tower, allowing guests to easily immerse themselves in the stunning surroundings. The rooms are spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploration. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel could improve on their communication regarding events or restrictions, as guests were disappointed to find out they couldn't use the pool due to a private event.

The rooms have genuine rustic furniture. The attic level room is large. The apartment has great views of the city. The hotel and apartments are clean and nicely decorated with art. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The hotel decor is beautiful with lovely paintings and antique furnishings. The staff is accommodating and welcoming, even leaving a handwritten card in the room. Efficient use of space in the room. Nice location near the mountain, art museum, and restaurants.

The apartment we stayed in at Schlossberghotel - Das Kunsthotel was fantastic. It was located across the road from the main hotel and offered stunning views of the city from the rooftop pool. The rooms were clean, spacious, and decorated with cool art. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff, especially Karmen and Diar at check-in, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the city center. we had a superb stay and would highly recommend Schlossberghotel - Das Kunsthotel.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel for a romantic escape. We loved that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and a bottle of water in the room, which was a nice touch. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store. We also enjoyed having a gym to use during our stay.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy as much. The curtains in our room were sheer and didn't block out the sunlight, which made it difficult to sleep in.

The hotel was very clean and had a great location in the city center. There were lots of nice seats to watch the sunset, and the Wi-Fi was quick for working in the open. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The highlight for us was the roof terrace/garden area, which offered breathtaking views of the city. We enjoyed relaxing there with a drink from the bar, just a phone call away. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city, allowing us to easily explore this beautiful city on foot.
