We had a wonderful stay here at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby and a beautiful small lake at the backside. We loved being able to sit in the reception lounge for coffee when the coffee shop was closed. Additionally, there is a nice mall that has a wide variety of shops just a short distance away. The service provided by the hotel staff was outstanding, with special mention to Manolito and Rijen for their excellent service.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently stayed at the lovely Copthorne hotel for a day while attending a meeting at Al Maktoum airport. The lake view from my room was absolutely breathtaking and the staff were friendly and approachable. The bed was neatly made with rose petals and had a beautiful towel design. It was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room service was prompt and the omelette station made delicious omelettes. the experience was great and definitely worth the price.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Delicious Breakfast Unlike Any Other

We had an incredible breakfast experience at Copthorne. The chef, Manoj, went above and beyond to make us the most delicious mashala Dosa we've ever tasted. The staff at Cucina was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The ambiance of the restaurant was also great. we highly recommend this hotel for its amazing breakfast experience.

During my recent stay at the Copthorne, I had the pleasure of indulging in their Cucina breakfast. The selection of global cuisines was outstanding and the reasonable price was a pleasant surprise. Whether dining inside or on the terrace, the views of the lake were simply breathtaking. What truly impressed me was the friendly and attentive staff who made my breakfast experience unforgettable. They even remembered how I liked my coffee after just one visit. Additionally, the breakfast allowed me free access to the pool facilities, making for a truly enjoyable and relaxing family morning.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as bands of mold between the pool tiles and a somewhat murky lake at times, these did not deter from the overall positive experience at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Malk, Mr. Mousa, and Mr. Sophian. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely pool and a beautiful restaurant. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was top-notch. We also appreciated the free large parking area and the fact that there were many restaurants and shops nearby. The location, overlooking a picturesque lake, was truly breathtaking.

Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near attractions and it only took us 10 to 12 minutes by taxi to reach them. The fact that there is a shopping center with a supermarket right next to the hotel was incredibly convenient for us. It made it easy for us to grab any necessities or snacks we needed during our stay.

There were limited activities both in the hotel and in the surrounding area. the pool cues were broken, leaving us with only one set of balls for two billiard tables.
