The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the village and the gondola. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The rooftop-view rooms on the 3rd floor had a juliette balcony and comfy couch. The double queen room had surprisingly comfortable chairs, table, desk/chair, and safe. No coffee maker or ice bucket in the room. Amazing service at The Wildflower and cozy mornings by the fire pit at Portobello. Good gym and pool.

I had a truly dream-like experience at Fairmont. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special and accommodated. The grounds were breathtaking and picture-perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me a restful night's sleep. The chef in the restaurant was able to customize meals for my vegan diet without any issues. Even room service had multiple vegan options available. I couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. I highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable experience.

We had an amazing ski-in/ski-out experience during our holiday. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily access the slopes without any hassle. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel special throughout our stay. It was a great advantage that we could ski down at the end of the day and have the Ski Valet boys take care of our skis and store them for us.

The rooms were a bit small and cramped, which was a minor inconvenience. The TV in the room was outdated and didn't offer any streaming options, which would have been nice to have.

I really got good value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect - just a minute's walk to the lifts. The staff treated me very well, and the restaurant had great food and friendly service.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right next to the Whistler blackcomb. The room service was perfect, with orders arriving in 20 minutes or less. We also enjoyed the amenities in the "gold" section of the hotel, including afternoon tea, hor d'oeuvres, and desserts. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

One of the drawbacks was the poor WiFi on the 7th floor, specifically in our room. Additionally, the noise from the hallway could be heard inside the room.

The pool area, with its multiple hot tubs and saunas, was a true oasis. Additionally, the complimentary yoga classes and hot chocolate by the slopes were delightful surprises. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious getaway. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning.
