Lovely hotel with friendly staff, big and clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Appreciated the glass of Prosecco on arrival. Close to ski lifts, with a bus service available. Spa facilities were recommended. The room was well-designed with good storage options. Excellent breakfast and evening meals, with plenty of options to choose from. The spa was enjoyable, with spotless facilities and helpful staff. The bar area was perfect for pre-dinner cocktails by the fire. The hotel is within walking distance of everything Kitzbuhel has to offer. The rooftop pool offered wonderful views and comfortable temperatures, with superb towels and robes.

We had an amazing stay at Schwarzer Adler. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived back late after a wedding. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious with lovely views. The breakfast buffet was jaw-dropping, with fresh, tasty, and healthy food. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight, as we almost had it all to ourselves. The cozy restaurant had a classy vibe, perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine. The location was great, just a short uphill walk from Hahnenkammbahn. a high-spec hotel with a luxury feel, and any issues were quickly and easily resolved by the charming manager, Leon.

I had a minor issue with my room being noisy, but the staff at Schwarzer Adler Kitzbuhel - Adults Only were prompt and friendly in resolving it. The spa was beautiful and well-maintained, and the half board menu had delicious options. I'll recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel in Kitzbuhel. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the city center and with easy access to the main ski lift. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and plenty of closet space for all my belongings. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa with a rooftop pool for relaxation after a day on the slopes.

Despite the positive reviews, the food was mediocre and the service was slow and confused. It was a letdown after having such a wonderful stay at the hotel.
