This hotel was an absolute delight to stay at. The location was exquisite, as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions. I loved being able to stroll to Stephanplatz and explore the myriad of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff here were extremely professional, always friendly, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and even helped me improve my German. The service here was top-notch, with amenities such as room service, car hire, and laundry all available. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. I had a fantastic experience here.

It's hard to find any cons to this hotel. The only small downside was that I couldn't turn on the heating in the room.
