During my recent stay at Travel Charme, I was impressed by the beautiful facilities they offered. The saunas and half outdoor pool were a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. I also loved the free tea and dried fruit/musli/yogurt snacks that were available throughout the day. The interior of the hotel had a cool and modern design, which added to the overall experience. The spacious and bright rooms, along with the well-organized bathrooms and balconies, made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's eco-friendly approach and the stunning panoramic mountain views from my room were truly remarkable. Werfenweng, where the hotel is located, is a wonderful, completely eco-friendly village. I also appreciated the summer pass provided by the hotel, which allowed me to explore the mountains and enjoy various activities. The friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and convenient parking in the garage were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay at Travel Charme. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful winter holiday.

I must mention that the coffee at the hotel, both from the machine and from the pot, was not up to par. I would have preferred a wider variety of tea options as well.

I had the best time at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless spa facilities and a well-maintained room. The location in the Austrian mountains was absolutely breathtaking, and being close to a cable car for mountain access was a bonus. There was a lack of support for English speakers and some documentation was only available in German.

We recently had one of our best stays at a luxurious hotel nestled in the Austrian Alps. This place offers stunning panoramic views and is conveniently located between mountains. The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts as it is close to a cable car, allowing easy access to the top of the mountain. The facilities at this hotel are top-notch, particularly the spa and pool. We indulged in ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation with their heated jacuzzi and swimming pool. The restaurant here is exceptional, offering a wide range of options including vegan and gluten-free choices for breakfast. The room itself was incredibly spacious and boasted a marvelous view. our stay here was perfect, and we are already planning to come back!
