Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, right next to the stunning cathedral in the center of town. The ambiance of the public areas was charming and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite choosing a cheaper room with no cathedral view, it was still clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was ideally situated for exploring the beautiful city of Strasbourg.

Despite being an old building, the facilities were modern and immaculately clean. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to boat tours and other main attractions. Had a fantastic Christmas at this hotel! Loved the cozy room with an amazing view of the cathedral. the dining room was lovely, especially the breakfast with the freshly squeezed orange juice. the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city with shops and cafes nearby. It was the perfect spot to explore everything the city had to offer.

The only downside was that the carillon from the cathedral was quite loud and could be disruptive if you're trying to work. It started at 7 am and went on until 10 pm.

This place has a perfect location just opposite a beautiful cathedral, between two rivers. The staff were great, spoke perfect English, and were always available, day or night. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a soundproofed floor. We also enjoyed having breakfast in our room thanks to their in-room dining service. The hotel also had pets allowed, which was wonderful as we brought our furry friend along.
