The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and room service was prompt and efficient. I especially enjoyed the delicious food selection, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to friends.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. Additionally, guests received armbands to easily access the dining hall, and parking was free.

Some guests mentioned noise around the pool area and unruly behavior from other guests, which can be a bit disruptive.

The breakfast and dinner are a must, with a perfect spread. The lobby is welcoming and the facility is nice overall. The location is absolutely perfect, just 2 minutes from the boardwalk. The hotel offers amazing sea views and the staff is specially kind and helpful.

I recently stayed at this venue and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The location was amazing as it was right on the water's edge, with plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The room amenities were top-notch with a comfortable bed, in-room safe, balcony, and even soundproofed rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful especially with the tours/ticket assistance. The spa and wellness center were a highlight for me with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi.

I had a great stay here and would recommend it to all my friends without hesitation.

During the Christmas season, my experience at a hotel in Tiberias was overall positive. the hotel had a fantastic location, positioned near the beautiful Sea of Galilee. the view from the suite was breathtaking and provided a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the service at the hotel was exceptional, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They offered upgrades, complimentary meals, and even provided special care and attention when my partner fell ill.

Although the hotel had its positives, there were some drawbacks that cannot be ignored. the property itself was quite dated and in need of refurbishment.
