Great pools, perfect for swimming and relaxation. Gym has necessary equipment. Steam room is very good. Personnel are helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was nice, friendly restaurant staff. Front office manager and others resolved minor issue professionally. Amazing gym, great pools. Highly recommend the property.

I had a truly pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. One particular staff member, Eliza, went above and beyond during breakfast, anticipating my needs and delivering with a smile. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom and shower facilities were great. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was an excellent experience. the staff was welcoming and the service was impeccable. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with an amazing indoor swimming pool and sauna. the massage was a must-try, leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which had a beautiful sun terrace and plenty of sun loungers available. the restaurant was superb, offering delectable halal food options.

The only minor issue was the lack of entertainment. Although there was live entertainment, we expected more options available.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities like an iron, slippers, kettle, and a working desk. The staff was incredibly helpful and prompt in responding to our requests. Special thanks to Sami, the bellboy, who went out of his way to assist us. The hotel's sports facilities, including the swimming pools and gym, were fantastic. great value for money!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms that are always clean. The service here is top-notch, with a friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy every palate. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a regency lounge and gym, ensuring a memorable stay.

The staff was helpful and prompt in replying to our requests. We were pleasantly surprised with the complementary slippers and kettle in the room. the hotel is situated within walking distance to an exchange machine and there is a staff member to help you find your way around the city.

The breakfast was not up to 5-star hotel standards. the spread lacked local breakfast food options and there were too many marinades.
