We had an amazing stay here surrounded by breathtaking mountains! This place is perfect for skiing in winter or trekking and relaxing in summer. The service is exceptional with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, and many other convenient amenities. The dining options are exceptional with a restaurant, snack bar, outdoor dining area, and many other options including special diet menus. The leisure spa and wellness center is the perfect place to relax and unwind with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. The staff is very friendly and helps you understand how the skiing facilities work.

Some of the staff could not answer questions on services and never called back. Nevertheless, we would recommend this hotel to family and friends as it is a perfect place to stay with numerous convenient amenities and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. They went out of their way to help us retrieve a lost suitcase and arrange ski lessons. The location is perfect for skiing, and the rooms and facilities are lovely.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel & Spa in Shahdag. the location is perfect, right on the slope with skirent, skishop, and lockers conveniently located downstairs. the interiors of the hotel are cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. the room was spacious and had a nice bathroom with a bathtub. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast provided was typical and delicious, giving us a great start to our day. we preferred this hotel over Park Chalet.

I recently stayed at Shahdag Hotel & Spa for a weekend getaway and had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special, and a special thanks to Nazakat and Kamila for their help. The location is beautiful and perfect for a peaceful retreat. The spa was exceptional, with well-trained staff providing one of the best spa experiences I've had. The pool facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. The interconnecting rooms provided plenty of space for our family of 5, and the staff was extremely helpful in organizing ski instructor tuition and transfers.
