The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a stunning infinity pool. the beach is also gorgeous and provided a relaxing atmosphere for our day trip. We were pleased with the day pass package, which included unlimited drinks and food. the servers were friendly and attentive, especially Nancy, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Despite the cold temperature in February, we still enjoyed our time at the pool, taking in the stunning views.

It's important to note that the resort is still undergoing renovations, and some areas were not open to guests. the limited availability of staff led to slower service, especially when the credit card system was down during our visit, causing some initial inconveniences.

The beach was beautiful and well, maintained, offering clean white sand and turquoise waters. the all, inclusive package was a great deal, with meals and drinks available almost anytime of day. the service at the sit, down restaurant, Capri, was excellent, with a wonderful atmosphere.

The food options were not very diverse, with almost the same menu being offered every night. the pool was large but not heated, making it too cold for swimming.

Plus, the resort's prime location near various excursions and tourist shops made it convenient for exploring the area.

The beach was not in the best condition and could have been cleaner. Some of the beach chairs and games were also in poor condition, which was a bit disappointing.

We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax in the chilly weather. The staff, like Nyoka and Carvel, were friendly and provided excellent service. The food at the resort was delicious, with standout dishes like conch pizza and sweet potato conch soup. Despite some areas still being closed due to the hurricane, the infinity pool at Lighthouse Pointe was even more beautiful than the one in the pictures. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere with fewer guests, allowing us to have ample beach chairs. While we wished for nightly entertainment, the poolside tunes by KJ were enjoyable. Although our room had a slight musty smell, the dehumidifier provided alleviated the issue. our Freeport trip was unforgettable and we can't wait to return and experience it all over again.
