We were greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist who checked us in quickly and gave us great recommendations. The hotel provided beach towels for free and had a valuable water tank at reception. The rooms were spacious and had a comfortable king-size bed and kitchenette. The location was close to restaurants, the beach, and convenience stores. The hotel also offered golf cart rentals.

We felt very well taken care of, and there was nothing to complain about.

I got great value for my money at Royal Palm. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. They even shuttled us to the dock when we checked out!

The staff, especially Mario at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with an airline problem during these difficult times.
