Exceptional staff that ensured a pleasant stay.

During my stay, I found the breakfast options limited, which was disappointing given my expectations. Additionally, the gym equipment felt outdated, lacking the modern amenities I look for during my travels. I also encountered inconvenience entering and exiting the hotel as guests must ring the front desk for access, adding an unnecessary hurdle to my experience.

The location was ideal, close to the

Usaquen weekend market and numerous restaurants, which made exploring super convenient. The staff were kind and accommodating, especially with my limited Spanish. Just a note, I missed having air conditioning, as it could get a bit warm even at night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

the hotel has no air conditioning (which is a bit rough). but the location was perfect for exploring usaquen market and some great restaurants! the shower had amazing water pressure too, which was a pleasant surprise. breakfast was tasty, even if not overly diverse.

We enjoyed the hotel's excellent location, just a short walk from nearby attractions like Hacienda Santa Barbara and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was a treat each morning with delicious made-to-order eggs. Our kids particularly loved the fresh fruits and pastries offered.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel provided a play area for kids.
