My family and I had a phenomenal experience staying in the heart of a charming neighborhood surrounded by lovely parks and delicious dining options. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, offering top-notch service throughout our stay. Our spacious room was immaculate, featuring comfortable beds and high-quality linens. We couldn't get enough of the hot, refreshing showers, and we looked forward to the sumptuous breakfast spread every morning.

We did experience some humidity and condensation issues due to mediocre ventilation in the bathroom, which made it less comfortable than we would have liked.

Great value for money in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. the hotel is modern, well equipped and the staff very friendly. I loved the location just a few minutes away from lovely green spaces, good restaurants, and shops. Plus, the hot and constant showers are a big plus after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to both European and Colombian tastes.

For example, the absence of A/C and fans made the rooms uncomfortably hot during the night. weekends were an issue as the hotel did not offer room service or provide much-needed drinking water.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel located in a great area, surrounded by lots of good restaurants and parks for leisure. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping me with anything I needed, including room service and laundry. The room was impeccable, air conditioning and heating made it very comfortable, while the coffee facilities were a nice touch. Additionally, the buffet breakfast had plenty of delicious options to choose from.
