We loved our stay here! The location was perfect - everything we needed was nearby, including a new mall with a cinema. The staff were highly professional and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The room amenities were great, especially the kitchenette, and the poolside snack bar was a great touch. The leisure and wellness centre was a great way to wind down after a day of sightseeing.

The construction nearby could be noisy at times, but it didn't detract from our overall positive experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service and amenities.

The hotel's location near American Alley and other top hotels is a major advantage. It is also conveniently situated in a good area, just a 10-minute drive from the Avenues Mall and Trade Center building. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Helpful staff quickly moved me to a quieter room when I experienced noise from the construction work in the morning. The room was clean and had a nice city view. The gym had a wide variety of equipment, and the service was excellent. I had a good stay.

This hotel offers great value for money and superb attention to detail. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable with a wonderful design and the best TV channels. The breakfast is also amazing and fills you up for the day. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a new mall with a cinema, making it ideal for both singles and families.

The hotel's location is convenient as it's close to everything including cafes, restaurants, and shopping centers. However, the nearby construction area makes it noisy and unpleasant for guests. The room is spacious, but the bathroom lacks basic things like conditioners and enough towels. The hotel offers facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and spa, and the breakfast has a lot of choices.

The AC in the room doesn't work properly and makes it uncomfortable to stay in.

Had a memorable Christmas. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the gym and restaurant facilities were top-notch. It's an advantage to be situated in a central location that was convenient for us. we enjoyed the complementary spa treatment and the shuttle service that took us to nearby attractions.

Christmas Day was challenging, the DJ played loud music throughout the day which disrupted our peaceful Christmas celebration. the nightclub on the ground floor created a lot of noise and was unpleasant.

The room was spacious and private. The location was good with easy access from underground parking. The breakfast was good, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The staff, especially Mr. Khaja at the reception, were kind and helpful. The hotel had great facilities including a swimming pool, spa, and gym. There were also plenty of nearby cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. a pleasant stay.
