The room service was excellent, with a good menu selection that made dining in a pleasure.

The noise levels from the music at the nearby beach and from the bar inside the hotel were disruptive, making it hard to relax.

Had a suite that was enormous, the balcony was huge and had a great view. The pool area felt nice and cozy, with the bar and restaurant offering a meal buffet that really hit the spot on Friday night. Sandip and his team went above and beyond to serve me, treating me like family during my stay. Shift 17 on the 15th floor was my go-to bar and wow, the views were incredible.

Sure, it wasn't inexpensive but for what you get, it's still a reasonable choice.

Cold showers for the entire stay were disappointing.

i almost thought this place might be nice, but then i saw how dirty my room was. there were even tiny ants crawling around! plus, the beach access is just a joke, barely enough chairs for anyone. i expected a complementary upgrade after all the inconvenience, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. absolutely inexcusable!
