the location was excellent, with the Suleiman Mosque just a 15-minute walk away and the train to Taxim Square right on my doorstep. the room was incredibly clean, and the staff were so attentive that I didn't even have to request daily cleaning. the included breakfast was also satisfying. I want to personally commend the lobby manager, Orhan, and his general manager for their exceptional customer service. They promptly upgraded our room to a bigger one, even though the hotel was fully booked. This was my fourth visit to Istanbul, and out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Turkey, I will definitely choose this one again.

My stay was great! The hotel was in a perfect location, close to the Grand Bazaar and right next to the tram station. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a terrace with stunning views of the surrounding area.

There was some confusion about the room rates among the different staff members, which caused some inconvenience.

We have stayed at Delta Hotel in Istanbul multiple times and have always had a great experience. the staff is friendly and attentive, paying attention to every detail. the hotel is always neat and clean, and the breakfast omelette is a highlight. the location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby stores. We appreciate the thoughtful touch of providing drinkable water in the room after it has been cleaned. we had a perfect time staying at Delta Hotel and wouldn't mind staying there again.

Staying here was an absolute breeze. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center and near to everything. The service was exceptional with room service available 24 hours a day and the staff at reception desk were always available upon the request. Also, the Wi-Fi was great, which made it easy to stay connected with my business associates back home. The room amenities I received were also amazing, including a mini-bar and in-room safe, ensuring my trip was as comfortable as possible.

In summary, this place had everything I needed and more. The welcome drink on arrival made me feel incredibly special.
