Shower had low water pressure.

I had a perfect stay at this beautifully presented B&B just minutes away from a stunning beach. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with high-quality bed linen and towels. The breakfast options were outstanding, with fresh fruits and homemade yogurt. The hosts were excellent, providing a warm welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and just a short walk to the coast path. I highly recommend this B&B for a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the beautiful Totland Bay and conveniently close to the Yarmouth ferry. It was easy to get around the Isle of Wight from this hotel, thanks to the nearby bus stops. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide selection of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every regard. The beautifully decorated, modern, and clean accommodation provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere throughout our stay. The attention to detail, such as the luxury bedding and lovely view overlooking the garden, made us feel truly pampered. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Additionally, the location couldn't have been better, with the hotel being conveniently close to the beach at Colwell Bay and right next to a bus stop, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

I had the most amazing stay at this hidden gem in Freshwater. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short stroll away from a beautiful beach and conveniently close to a bus route. The hosts, Denise and Matt, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even helped me with changing my ferry details, which was so thoughtful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the modern amenities I needed. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. I especially appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail throughout my stay. I can't wait to return to this fantastic Bed and Breakfast!

The hosts were amazing and really friendly, always available to answer any questions we had. the breakfast was made from locally sourced ingredients, absolutely delicious. the location was great, close to both the beach and the centre of town. Plus, the room was really comfortable with plenty of amenities.

The water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the temperature was hard to control. However, the spacious and clean bathroom made up for it.
