We recently stayed at a hotel in Sylhet and had a wonderful experience at Noorjahan Grand. the rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with a very strong air conditioner. the breakfast served on the top floor was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning city view. the hotel's location itself is a landmark in the city, and the attentive clerks made sure our stay was comfortable. the speedy WiFi without any strange restrictions was a major plus, and the hot shower water was perfect. With 3 working elevators, we never had to worry about waiting too long. Noorjahan Grand is a great place for foreigners to stay in Sylhet.

Everything was fantastic.

We stayed here for a few days, and we loved it. The location is great and convenient, with easy access to all the local amenities. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Nayeemul at the front desk who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The room service was amazing, and we enjoyed the delicious food from the poolside snack bar.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular food places and the center of the city. It is also close to the famous Hazrat Shahjalal Raza's shrine. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is top-notch and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers excellent security measures.

The gym facilities could use some improvement.

The hotel had a prime location, just in front of the dorga gate and a short 5-minute walk from the city center. It was also conveniently near the Shahjalal Dorga. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff exhibited excellent behavior, from the reception to the housekeeping, making guests feel welcome. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate guests. Guests also enjoyed a complimentary breakfast and free fruit platter in the evening.

Some faint smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, possibly coming from neighboring rooms. Other than that, the overall experience was satisfactory.

The staff went above and beyond to make our city trip enjoyable. They provided complimentary early check-in at 8am and even upgraded our room with a stunning window view at no extra cost. the hotel’s location was perfect as it was situated just in front of a popular attraction. the breakfast served was delicious and there are plans for a newly opened dinner. the staff’s behaviour was excellent and special thanks to Abidur Rahman and Sadia whom helped make our stay wonderful.

The car park was under construction, needing fast upgrades, and a little inconvenient. But other than that, our city trip at the hotel was lovely.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing location and the beautiful rooftop views at Hotel Noorjahan. The concierge and housekeeping staff provided exceptional hospitality and made us feel very welcome throughout our 3 night stay. We had a very pleasant stay at Noorjahan Grand. The location was extremely convenient, close to shops, money exchange, and transportation. The room size was good and we enjoyed the tasty Bangladeshi breakfast at the brilliant buffet restaurant on the 14th floor. The staff members were polite and helpful, making our experience even better.
