I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Brussels. the staff, especially Gabriela, were extremely friendly and made my whole stay more enjoyable. They even allowed me a late check out on my last day. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to buses and the metro, and it only took me around 20 minutes to walk to the Grand Place. the walk itself was beautiful, as you go down the hills and get to see the city panorama. the room was spacious and had modern furniture and appliances. the free wi-fi worked well, which was great for me as I use the internet a lot. the hotel is pet-friendly and they even accommodated my pet for free.

I had a great experience at Aqua Hotel. the room was very clean, modern, and convenient, and the bed was excellent. the price was also very reasonable considering the quality of the place. the location was perfect, close to shops and the city center but still in a somewhat quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here.

They provided us with free water 24/7, which was convenient and saved us from constantly buying bottles. the location of the hotel was very convenient to reach the city center. They also offered free luggage storage and the room was spacious and affordable. Despite the street being a little sketchy and dirty, the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable.

I chose to stay in a hotel near my meeting location, which was well connected to the metro and still in walking distance to the centre. I also appreciated that there was a shopping mall around the corner and nice restaurants just 5 blocks away. However, I have to admit that the street where the hotel is located was lonely at night, dark and dirty.

The hotel did not have blackout curtains in the room, making it difficult to sleep with the neon light from outside.

As longer term business travellers, we were impressed with the breakfast and the 24-hour gym. The friendly receptionist with ginger/blonde hair gave us a warm welcome. The beds were comfortable and the room was relatively clean. The shower was also good.

Felt safe, no complaints.
