The gardens were lovely, bright and colorful flowers everywhere, an oasis of beauty. Staff was kind and parking was a breeze. Also, the location couldn't have been better—easy walking distance to all the town's attractions.

My room was a disaster. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor, furniture and bedding were old and worn out.

Walking distance to everything in town. My room had no blackout curtains, causing light to fill the room at night, and loud mechanical noise from above. Though my Verizon phone had no service, the phone number was handy for all. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel in the West Elks wine region was fantastic! the dog-friendly rooms were a real treat, and the hidden outdoor space was a delight with its unique decor and totem pole. Situated within walking distance to everything, the clean rooms, and friendly staff further enhanced our experience. Not to mention the charming Joe Cocker curtains that added a special touch. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.
