I always return for the weekend. First stay staff recommended great dining. Amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, fitness center, in-room breakfast, and more meet my needs perfectly. Plus, the welcoming atmosphere and no smoking policy make it a top choice.

For a weekend getaway, we stayed at a stunning property, part of the Curio Collection. the hotel's location was perfect, offering a clean environment with a lovely coffee bar. the bar area, especially around the fireplace, stood out, where we enjoyed delicious burgers, salads. the staff's exceptional service truly elevated our experience, making our stay memorable. the gym was well-equipped, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's rest.

I stayed in the heart of Downtown Franklin, close to everything. the hotel facilities were impressive, including a clean gym. the staff at this property was welcoming and attentive. Also, the on-site restaurant, 1799, served excellent food. The location was ideal, right in downtown Franklin. Cons: Everything exceptional. No drawbacks to mention.

This hotel is fantastic. it's close to everything - local shops, the gym, and all the action in downtown—everything within walking distance. Secondly, staff and service are impeccable, making for a relaxing stay. Thirdly, the rooms are impressive, with a nice size balcony to enjoy the view. And lastly, the breakfast is delicious. One detail: The attention to detail shown in the lobby area is impressive and reflects the hotel's overall commitment to providing a top-quality experience.

Located in the heart of the city, everything seems to be just a short walk away. The service received by the friendly employees was top-notch. The room was well-furnished and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including exceptional views of the city from the windows.

Although the hotel was very well-designed, the bathrooms needed to be cleaned much more thoroughly.

Nothing not too like.

Spent Christmas with my family in this beautiful hotel and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. the hotel is located in the heart of the city and it's just a few steps away from all the shops and restaurants, making it so convenient for us. the room was immaculate and had a balcony with a stunning view. the bath and shower were very spacious, and we particularly loved the walk-in shower. the staff was exceptional and always ready to help with anything we needed. We received complimentary cocktails while waiting for our room, which was a nice touch.

Although this hotel was great, there were some aspects we didn't like. the staff working the front desk seemed understaffed, as there was always a wait and some guests became frustrated and gave up.

The lobby bar was a great place to spot celebrities. The location was excellent, right by the town square. The room was spacious, but I wish there was a small desk to work on. The staff was friendly, but the bartender could have been more attentive. I enjoyed my stay at Curio Collection and would recommend it.
