Beautiful historic building with comfortable and classy rooms. Excellent breakfast spread with chocolates and champagne. Good location near shops and city center. Helpful and friendly staff.

I stayed at this place for a special get-away with my girlfriend and it was fantastic. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly, making our stay as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect, just off the main shopping strip with a great atmosphere in the bar area. The gardens were lovely and we enjoyed the sun terrace. The staff provided great service, including room service and tours/ticket assistance.

Staying right in the heart of the action in a central location was fabulous. We had easy access to everything we wanted to see in town and could walk everywhere. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom. Service was exceptional, from the welcoming receptionist to the restaurant staff. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had plenty of options to choose from.

One of the amenities we hoped to use was unavailable during our visit, which was a letdown.

dukes' palace brugge blew us away. amazing staff, beautiful rooms, and great breakfast. surpassed our expectations after a previous stay in bruges. can't wait to go back!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The location was perfect, right at the doorstep of all the sites to see in this beautiful city. The hotel itself was luxurious and clean, with stunning gardens overlooking the bar area. The room was historically recreated and felt like stepping back in time to a 15th-century palace. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were top class. The breakfast selection was delicious, featuring Belgian chocolate and mouthwatering waffles. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

This hotel is a luxurious haven. the exclusive amenities were exceptional from the in-room coffee machine to the high-quality toiletries. We were pampered with comfortable chairs and tables, and we enjoyed watching the world go by from our sun terrace. the room was spotless and had plenty of coat hangers, wardrobes, and drawer space. the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage, Turkish bath and Garden area were incredible!

The only minor downside was the service; while polite, it could be slow at times.

The hotel is located right in the center of a beautiful city and is in a great area of Bruges. Guests can easily walk to the most attractive sights and it offers a convenient location for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast selection is impressive, with options for every taste.

Some guests felt that the hotel lacked warmth, character, and attention to detail, which is essential in a five-star hotel.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was very accommodating, even finding us a babysitter last minute. Despite some minor issues with towels and bar service, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. highly recommend.

My Christmas stay was a total delight! the two complementary facts that caught my attention were the delicious hot chocolate available at the bar and the incredible view from the room's window. the location was great, just a few steps from the main attractions, and yet, away from the noise. the bed and pillows were super comfortable, providing a peaceful sleep.

There was nothing I disliked about this hotel. Everything was perfect!

For the price we paid, our stay at this hotel was definitely worth it. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was really convenient. The staff treated us with a warm smile and were always helpful.

The breakfast menu could use a few more vegetarian options.
