The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel itself was clean and well organized, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of the city center. We loved the fact that we could easily explore all the great restaurants and attractions without being in the hustle and bustle of things. And the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of choices and everything kept fresh. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the amazing staff.

It was conveniently situated near key attractions and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the accommodations were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our stay. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both hot and cold, which was a great way to start our day of exploring the city.

The wifi was quite poor and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected and communicate with family back home. the lack of air conditioning in all rooms was disappointing, especially during the summer months when a cool environment for sleeping is essential.

As longer-term business travelers, we were impressed with the spacious rooms and modern bathrooms at the hotel. The location in the historic part of town was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and attractions within walking distance.

However, it only had two single beds that I had to separate myself. The staff were unhelpful and the room was overpriced and under stocked. Despite these issues, I will recommend this hotel based on its location and accessibility to the city center.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Flanders Hotel. We were in Bruges for our wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it special - they even helped arrange flower delivery to our room. The location was perfect, right in the city center yet quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast served until 11am was a great bonus, allowing us to relax and not rush in the morning. The hotel also has a bijou swimming pool and a small, relaxing garden.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
