Great value for money with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the old town, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible from the airport by taxi or tram. It is close to all the main attractions of the city, including the old town of Tallinn. The room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and responsive, always available to answer any questions. The breakfast is basic but satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provides excellent service and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

There were some issues with the wifi connection, which was unreliable at times.

This hotel is really near the historic city centre and within walking distance of Old Town. The staff is courteous and professional, and they even went out of their way to celebrate a guest's birthday with a surprise cake. The rooms are nice and clean with comfortable double beds and ample storage space. Breakfast has a bunch of options, including gluten-free foods.

The shower could have had a bit more water pressure, but it was still good enough. , using a key on a big key chain instead of a modern key card felt a bit old fashioned.

Attentive Service

During my stay at Hotel St. Barbara, I encountered an issue with my room key. It wasn't functioning properly and I couldn't access my room. However, the staff swiftly resolved the problem and provided me with a new key. They were apologetic and showed genuine concern for my comfort.

The hotel had a great location on the edge of the historic district. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions, and there were nearby bus stops for getting around the city. the rooms were comfortable, and the staff did a great job of keeping them clean. We enjoyed the daily room cleaning service and the cozy seating area in our room. the breakfasts were tasty and filling, with plenty of options to choose from.

It would have been nice to have the option to eat on-site or enjoy a nightcap after exploring the city. we had a pleasant Christmas holiday in a convenient and comfortable hotel.

Convenient location close to old town, overlooking a park. Friendly, helpful staff, fluent in English. Comfortable, spacious rooms with heated bathroom floors. Excellent pressure in the shower. Delicious, varied breakfast. No noisy groups.

I recently stayed at Hotel St. Barbara for a week during my sight-seeing trip. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room was spacious with plenty of natural light from the four windows. The bathroom was stunning, complete with a heated floor and instant hot water. The room was cleaned daily, and I appreciated the convenience of having a coffee machine, electric kettle, and a silent fridge. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and the breakfast included was outstanding with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town and accessing the tram network.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the main attractions and Christmas markets. It was great to be able to step out of the hotel and immediately be in the heart of the festive atmosphere. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and answer any questions we had. the room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a cozy holiday stay.

The housekeeping did not seem thorough at all, as we found dust and dirt in various areas. This made our stay feel less pleasant and somewhat unhygienic.

The hotel had helpful staff and a great location near major sites. The rooms were tidy and had good water pressure. The breakfast buffet offered many options, including vegetarian and vegan choices.

Felt so much at home, no reason to complain.
