The hotel is conveniently located very near the airport, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and always willing to assist. Breakfast options are varied and delicious, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel also boasts a beautiful beach, just a short distance away, offering guests a fantastic opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun and surf.

One downside is that the availability of slots for the a la carte restaurants is limited, making it difficult to enjoy a meal at these establishments.

The cleanliness of the hotel, including the room and the hotel grounds, was impeccable. The staff was always cleaning, and I could tell the hotel was very new. The shows at the theatre were absolutely incredible, especially the dancers. The location was great, with a 10-minute taxi ride to and from the airport, and only a 15-minute taxi ride to and from the shopping mall and Siam Park. The hotel had a wide range of facilities, including a fantastic children's pool with mini discos, a sports bar with entertaining activities like karaoke and quizzes, and a variety of restaurants offering a la carte options and all-inclusive meals.

Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The entertainment at night was incredible, with top-notch shows that we had never seen before in a hotel. The kids' entertainment in the kids club was also fantastic, and our kids especially enjoyed the cooking classes. The gym was awesome as well, considering it was a hotel gym.

We had a perfect family holiday at this fantastic hotel! Our room had a wonderful balcony with a breathtaking sea view and was spotlessly clean. the staff, from reception to waiters to cleaners, were outstandingly helpful, friendly, and efficient. We would like to commend YARO, who was exceptionally kind and helpful to our grandchildren. the buffet and a la carte restaurants were fantastic, and the pools were very child-friendly. the hotel itself is beautiful, with a mini Disney-like castle and a scenic view by the ocean. It was an ideal hotel for our family holiday!

I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife for a family holiday and it was perfect! The rooms were spacious and had incredible views of the pool and sea. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The variety of pools and water slides kept my kids entertained the entire time. The on-site shop had everything we needed and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided a wonderful family vacation.

The hotel is in a great location as it's just a short drive away from the airport, making it convenient for those traveling by car. there are some shops nearby, so you can easily go out and explore the area. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with the cleaners doing an amazing job of keeping them spotless. The facilities for children, such as the splash pool and playground, are also impressive, ensuring that both kids and parents have a great time.

Some guests have mentioned that the volume of the music during the evening shows and live entertainment is too loud, which can be bothersome and potentially damaging to the ears.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The spacious and clean rooms were a highlight of our romantic escape. the comfortable large bed and well-maintained furnishings made our stay very enjoyable. We were also pleased with the great quality of the buffet food, which was always hot and had excellent cooking stations. the heated pools provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

First, the al la carte restaurants' food was no better than the buffet, which was not impressive. the check-in process was quite long with long queues and a consistently busy reception.

The cleaning and service at the hotel were outstanding. the place was always spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the food was amazing and there was a great variety for an all-inclusive. the facilities, especially the water park and kids club, were perfect for families. the drinks were of high quality and didn't feel watered down like in some all-inclusive resorts.

That the cocktails were a bit watered down and didn't have much alcohol in them. the beer also wasn't to our liking.

Amazing shows and kids pool. Loved the parents room with a microwave and bottle sterilizer. the three themed restaurants were delicious and a great experience. Plus, the stunning sea view from the room and close proximity to all the main attractions was convenient.

The staff had a poor first impression and were slightly pushy about reserving sun loungers. the buffet was chaotic and repetitive.
