A hidden gem close to the city center and train station. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with efficient air conditioning and soundproofing. We enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast before exploring the beautiful Canal du Midi just yards away. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and honest B&B experience.

Exceeded all expectations! Within walking distance of all the sites, perfect location - 3 minutes to the train station, 2 minutes to the cinema, 5 minutes to the market, 15 minutes to the medieval city. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the hosts were very welcoming and always helpful, providing a city map and marking all points of interest. the breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked croissants and a wide variety of options. the two radiators in the room provided good control of temperature.

Travelled by train to Carcassonne, Hotel Astoria was only a 5-minute walk away. Close to all areas and the Medieval city was just a 20-minute walk. Efficient staff organized a taxi to the airport. Small but clean rooms with comfortable beds. Secure parking for motorcycles. Good value for money. Closest hotel to train station and airport bus stop. Lovely breakfast. Owners friendly and helpful. Two-minute walk to Canal du Midi for boat trips and walks. Restaurants nearby. Comfortable walk to main square with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants.

Located in a secure parking area, this hotel is close to the center of town and within walking distance of Carcassonne railway station. Unfortunately, it is far away from the Castle. The rooms are clean and bright, and the staff is friendly. You can leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out. the hotel offers a convenient location for those traveling by train.

The location of this hotel was ideal, as it was very close to the train station and within a 20-minute walk to the citadel. Additionally, the hotel was situated near restaurants and had easy access to transportation. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially the lady at the reception who allowed me to stay a bit longer in the room to accommodate my train departure time. Lastly, the breakfast provided was basic but satisfactory for the price.

We were thrilled with our stay at the Astoria. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the canal for leisurely walks. The access to the canal cycle route was a major bonus for us. The breakfast was delicious and the prices at nearby restaurants and supermarkets were reasonable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like some noise from other guests and the absence of a lift, we had a fantastic experience at the Astoria. I highly recommend this hotel.

So my friends and I stayed at this hotel and let me tell you, it was a blast! We were right near the train station, which was super convenient for us. We even took a winery tour nearby and had the best time. And let me just say, the bed in our room was so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud!
