As foreign tourists, we loved the unique layout of the hotel and its upscale residential neighborhood location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's proximity to public transportation, including a tram stop and the train station, made it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace in the common area, a great spot to relax.

The friendly staff, like Annalane, ensures a warm welcome and excellent service. The breakfast is delightful, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel could improve on the safety aspect by addressing the issue of bathroom door locks and the warped carpet in front of the bathroom door, which could pose a hazard, especially for elderly guests.

This hotel is a great value for money. Located in a delightful neighbourhood, just a short distance from Ghent centrum, it offers basic amenities and rooms with bunk beds for children. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with enormous comfy beds. The breakfast served here is also worth mentioning.

We had a fantastic stay at Orion in Ghent. the location was ideal with easy access to the city center and nearby tram station. the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great guidance for our stay and tourist tips for the region. the spacious room and good facilities made our stay comfortable, and the quiet surroundings ensured a peaceful night's sleep.
