The location of the hotel is fantastic, being near the main square and really close to the Markt. Additionally, it is conveniently located right next to the train station, making it easy to travel around. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and charming decor. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing great service. The breakfast options are satisfying, and the views from the open window are enjoyable.

One minor drawback is that the water pressure in the hotel is a bit low, and the WiFi can be intermittent at times.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. The Chocolate Suites provided a perfect chocolate theme, and I was delighted to find chocolates waiting for me upon arrival. The decor was lovely, and my room had a nice view when I opened the window. The owner responded quickly to any inquiries I had, and the bathroom even had heated floors. it was a very nice hotel experience for the price.

The Chocolate Suites provided a cozy and comfortable stay. The spacious rooms with high ceilings and big windows allowed for a picturesque view of the historical buildings. The shower in the bath took some getting used to, but the bathroom was well-equipped. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lighting in the room was insufficient.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions we wanted to see. the included breakfast was perfect - a great variety of food options to fuel our day. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to offer suggestions and guidance for our romantic escape.

The elevator was a bit small and sometimes difficult to use, especially when carrying luggage. the shower was a bit tricky to use with its handheld head, but the spacious bathroom made up for it.

The location was fantastic, right near the center of the historic city. It was close to many chocolate shops and within walking distance of the train station. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located right behind the Belfort city center, with a grocery store next door, a great pub across the street, and a fantastic Italian restaurant just steps away.

I recently stayed at the Chocolate Suites for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, including a delicious breakfast and helpful recommendations for exploring the town. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the manager even arranged a boxed breakfast for our early departure. The small, charming elevator added a unique touch to our stay.
