The hotel had a great location, close to transportation and good tourist sites. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The room size at Le Plaza was impressive, easily accommodating two persons. The hotel's cleanliness was well-maintained, and the lobby and sitting area in the porch were also impressive. The location was amazing, just a short 5-7 minute walk from Grand Place, as well as the bus stop and train station. The feather pillows provided were absolutely amazing and made up for the slightly firm bed. Additionally, the hotel's architecture and ambience were charming, with a large room and bathroom. Within walking distance to major sights and close to the metro station. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to both a rail station and a short walk to the city center. Great location, very close to the metro and Brussels Nord station. the hotel had a beautiful and grand interior, giving it a sophisticated feel. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise for a European hotel. the personal touch of the welcome note was a nice touch, making us feel valued as guests.

There were a few negatives to our stay. the lack of air conditioning in the room was a disappointment, especially during warm summer nights.
