The location of the hotel is perfect for families with small kids. It is situated right at the Port, allowing for enjoyable walks around the docks and visits to the nearby shops and restaurants. The room itself is a unique blend of old and new, providing a luxury feel and ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathroom features a dual shower that is simply amazing. Additionally, the hotel offers a lovely fire pit area where you can cozy up and enjoy the beautiful view.

There was a slight disappointment with the breakfast service as it was not delivered at the specified time. However, this could have been easily avoided by setting a proper expectation of a 15-minute window for breakfast delivery.

The provided breakfast was delicious and brought to our room. The staff, though limited, were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront, and we enjoyed exploring the natural beauty of the area. we highly recommend At The Helm Hotel for a memorable stay.

The service was outstanding, and the staff was always ready to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant, and the bar/lounge area offered a wide variety of drinks. The outdoor dining area was pleasant, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful location advantages.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and free drinks offered by the hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was situated close to both Cape Disappointment and Long Beach. we appreciated the pleasant outdoor seating area off the lobby, where we could relax and enjoy the scenery.

The lack of natural light due to few windows made the space a bit dark, and we would have preferred a fan in the bathroom.
