The rooftop terrace provided a lovely spot for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The pull-out sofa in the living area was quite uncomfortable and limited space for cooking and dining during our stay.

Clean apartment, comfortable accommodations, with friendly staff who provided excellent assistance in navigating the hotel’s amenities, including quick access to public transportation just a few minutes' walk away.

arrived at new point opera thinking I’d receive a little pampering, but surprise! The kitchenette was stocked nicely, yet there were no plugs nearby, forcing me to rearrange furniture. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but apparently that’s too much to ask. the decor is as beige as my disappointment.

Location is unbeatable, with major attractions and metro stops just a short walk away. The studio was comfortable and featured a well-stocked kitchenette, perfect for those who like to cook. The rooftop area added a nice touch for relaxation. However, the noise from the elevator was disruptive during the night, and the shower could use better water pressure.

The room had a fully equipped kitchenette so cooking was easy. The bedroom felt a bit cramped with limited space between beds and walls.

Great location near metro, helpful staff, enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine. Air conditioning was noisy.

Super convenient location, just around the corner from major tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Claudia, who made navigating the washing machine a breeze. Clean and spacious room that worked perfectly for our family of five! 😊

Everything was spot on.

Location was spot on, a quick stroll to delicious food and famous sights. The lobby and room were recently upgraded, and I adored the shiny new bathroom fixtures. Plus, a 24-hour coffee setup is always a win!

But, my toaster and kettle were in a little electrical tango. the outlets played hard to get. Also, I must've had a chatty neighbor, because I swear I heard more than my fair share of bathroom discussions!

the location is great , right in the center. staff is very friendly and helpful , and the reception area offers free tea and coffee. a lovely rooftop courtyard is perfect for relaxing.

rooms could benefit from daily garbage collection , please.

I loved the spacious studio with a well-equipped kitchen, except it felt a bit cramped for four. The upgrade was nice, but I did have to pay extra. I’d stay again!

It was just a top selection for a weekend breather in Madrid with good price value. The kitchenette made it easy to prepare breakfast, which really helped save money. Pack light. the space is pretty tight.

Getting a kettle and toaster to cooperate is like herding cats! And who needs a closet when your neighbors' conversations provide all the entertainment you need?
