New Year's at this hotel was amazing! the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were beautifully decorated and had fully equipped kitchens. We loved that the hotel provided beach towels and chairs, making it easy for us to spend the day at the beach. the location was also fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shops.

The construction happening nearby, which could be a bit noisy during the day. However, this didn't really affect our overall experience as we were out exploring most of the time.

The location of the hotel is superb, with the beach just a couple of blocks away. You can easily walk to the beach and enjoy the sun and sand. The hotel is situated down a very good street, making it easily accessible.

There is no TV in the bedroom.

We had a great time at this hotel during our New Year's vacation. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a good night's sleep. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided beach chairs and umbrellas for free, which was a great convenience.

The staff, including Jorge and Arnold, are friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English. The location is perfect, just two blocks from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel also offers good wifi, satellite TV, and a large smart Samsung TV for entertainment.

The nearby Cafe Bucerias had phenomenal food and margaritas, and the pool area felt like a private villa. A truly lovely and charming place to stay in Bucerias.

I recently stayed at Refugio Del Mar Luxury Hotel Boutique for a week and it was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, just two blocks from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Jorge and Arnold, were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were more like complete apartments, with a fully equipped kitchen and large fridge. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, with a tropical garden and pool. The private WiFi and smart TV in each apartment were a nice touch. a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The facilities were top-notch and the staff were wonderful. The hotel had a beautiful kitchen and stunning decor throughout. It was conveniently located just a short 3-minute walk from the beach. The pool area was picturesque and we enjoyed relaxing by the salt water pool. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we could use the golf carts on the property to explore the town. the value for our stay was amazing. We cannot wait to come back and stay for a longer period, as we had such a fantastic time.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely and charming hotel in Bucerias. The newly constructed Hacienda style building was beautifully designed and had fully appointed kitchens in each unit. The staff at Refugio Del Mar Luxury Hotel Boutique were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was amazing. The little cafe and coffee bar were a great place to relax and enjoy some delicious food and drinks. The peaceful pool area felt like a private villa with its beautiful landscaping. I also loved that they provided free golf carts, bikes, and beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in had kitchen facilities which was useful and there were also barbeque facilities available. the hotel also provided golf carts which made getting around a lot easier and quicker. the complementary beach equipment provided was in good condition and the location was perfect, only a block away from the beach.

Coming from out of the country made it difficult for us to bring our own.
