The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs, providing us with extra towels and helping us with the safe. The location is great, with plenty of amenities nearby.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and well taken care of by the friendly and attentive staff. The over-water beds on the 2-tier Pier were a unique and relaxing experience. The lobby and Paddleboard Restaurant offered stunning ocean views and refreshing breezes. The cucumber treatment at Butterflies Spa was fantastic for soothing sunburn. Custom cocktails at the Lobby Bar, expertly crafted by Edgar, were visually stunning and delicious. The location of the property was ideal, with miles of beautiful beach to explore in both directions. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained.

my recent stay at a lodge in hopkins was great, but the lodge at jaguar reef was even better! the staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel safe. the diving with seemore's was incredible, and the bartenders made amazing drinks. the food was delicious, and i can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The Big Dock was incredible with the hammock beds and hanging chairs, and we appreciated the complimentary equipment like the kayaks. Our room was beautiful, with a big comfy bed, tile floors, and high ceilings. The view of the ocean from the patio was breathtaking, and the walls of the bathroom added a unique touch.

I had an amazing stay at the resort. the staff at Lodge At Jaguar Reef were exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including extending the restaurant's operating hours and offering late checkout. the facilities and rooms were beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the food at the resort was delicious, and we enjoyed all our meals there. One staff member even took care of our flat tire issue, going out of their way to have it fixed for us.
